We can not release vehicles until we receive paperwork from the finance company. If you have not spoken with your lender yet but want to pick up your car, you need to contact them before attempting to schedule an appointment.
Appointments cannot be scheduled sooner than 24 hours from the local current time. Appointments reflected online do reflect true availability. If you select a day with no times showing, that means there are no openings so you need to select another date. Dates are only available 7 days out and we are closed on holidays.
In order to obtain all information needed, you need to provide an email address and phone number for texts. The email confirming your appointment will provide the address for your appointment. That email will tell you what to bring, where to go and what fees (if any) are due at that time of the appointment. That email is sent by end business the day before your appointment.
Fees to be paid at the time of redemption are provided in your confirmation email, office staff can not quote over the phone nor can we quote fees until we receive release paperwork from your lender.
An appointment is required to ensure that we have the proper release paperwork ready and ensure proper staffing. Things happen and if the paperwork is not correct or not received, we need time to make sure its fixed so you can actually get what is needed when you show. If you show without an appointment, it does not make things easier for you as we may not have the paperwork or an employee able to release. If there is something urgent please reach out to the office and we will do our best to assist.
Please allow 48 business hours from the time a vehicle has arrived at our location for processing. Please note, property can only be released to the person(s) named on the vehicle contract unless otherwise instructed by the assigning financial institution.
